Well guys, I'm off to Cambodia for yet another exciting tour... :unimpressed:
I won't be gone long.
I've been pretty busy lately, but I'll try and finish that "Proud to be a Brony Remix" for y'all when I get back!

God I hate those Navy fatigues so much. Why the HELL would you WANT to blend in with the water? How fucking insane will that make it to actually find a man gone overboard? What was wrong with khaki, anyway? Didn't get enough profits to the right kickbackers?

I know! I'm right there with you! so many people hate it in fact that they are now considering developing a new type of digi camo for the Navy and ditching the NWU's entirely! I hope they do!

I dunno why they'd want any sort of camo at all. I mean, ain't Marines supposed to handle security and ground combat? Camo aboard a ship just seems unnecessary, like sticking a 5-incher on a modern carrier.

Haha! Well, the marines do most of the combat yes, but we do some too. Most Navy spec-ops wear the old cammies though. IMO our digies are more for show than anything. %40 of the navy is stationed on land after all.

Ah, interesting. Knew that about the manpower—all navies, especially modern blue-water navies, require a lot of shore-based support—but the old camo and some security I didn't know 'bout.
